Delivery Policy

At Just Smile Accessories, we believe in making your shopping experience delightful from the moment you place your order. Our shipping methods are designed to be efficient and cost-effective, ensuring your trendy accessories arrive promptly and securely. Please take note to the following information;

Delivery takes 1-4 days

Packages are sent out EVERYDAY except on SUNDAYS.
Packages to the stations are returned when customers doesn't pick up calls.
Packages to the stations are also returned when the station's location is far from my mun usual route, as packages to the stations are sent by my mum. Thus, delivery will be scheduled for another day or sent to the station by a rider.
Orders placed on Saturdays (after packages have been sent out) and Sundays will automatically sent out on Monday, as we don't do deliveries on Sundays.
Packages are to be sent to the station by a rider when the package is too heavy or too big.
Payment is made to the rider and driver, there's no exception.

WE DON'T TAKE THE DELIVERY FEE, THAT'S WHY IT'S LISTED AS FREE DURING CHECKOUT

Refund

We want you to love your Just Smile Accessories purchases! If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your order, our refund policy is straightforward.

For refunds, notify me before the scheduled delivery day, after package has been sent out for delivery, refund can't be done.
Refunds take less than 24 hours.
Refund is done when product comes damaged or missing.
Customer will be refunded when he or she doesn't receive the package a week after it was sent out for delivery.
After package has been delivered and an item wasn't added or comes damaged, notify me within 24-48 hours so refund can be done. After, the assigned period, nothing can be done about it.
